The Introduction

Pastor is defined as a clergy man or the religious leader in Christian churches. He is a servant of God called to serve the people of God.

He should be Christ like in all conducts. Distinctively, the minister is a call servant of God.

Ministerial calling is God’s callings. It must be genuine and certain. God calls His people into different aspects of the ministry such as the apostleship, prophetic, evangelism, pastoral and teaching ministries (Eph:4:11).

Pastors and deacons are two major leaders mentioned in the bible to champion mission activities of God.

PASTOR’S FELLOWSHIP

The pastor’s fellowship operates as one of the major pillars of Nigerian Baptist Convention and it has its departs at the conferences and associational levels.

Annual Ministers Fellowship

We join others to attend the annual ministers’ fellowship.

Annual Retreat/Meetings

The fellowship partners with our colleagues at the conference to attend an annual retreat that comes up at the third week of November every year.

Also we do not default in attending the bi-monthly ministers conference fellowship holding at the conference

Association Meetings

Our members attend the bi-monthly pastor’s fellowship at association. We rotate venues of meetings among members churches.

LEADERSHIP OF THE FELT OWSHIP

The fellowship had been blessed with able-bodied leaders. Past leaders of the fellowship were Rev. Dr. M. A. Ekiran, Rev. M. A. A. Adeleke, Rev. Dr. Noah Ayanlerc, Rev. M. A. Adedokun, Rev. Dr. Steve Adekanbi and Rev. E. O. Areo and Rev. S. A. Adewuyi the current Chairman. We enjoyed and cherished their leadership.
